YEAHHHhhh!!~ :DD super happy de.. bcos ihad been lookinq forward to dis! :DD well, through dis workshop, i had make better frens wif more ppl. examples: Sec2s paticipants, NAFA interns, teachers, students frm other sch( exchange programme)&escpecially.. ARTCLUB ppl. <3 tsktsk! >< after tis workshop, my nickname: dunck! given by Aaron that chicken had spread through AC. LOL! not really larh.. :X anyway, after the workshop, Ms. Ow wants us to make a SOP on our respective workshop. since i am in-charge of Metal, i've do my SOP on Metal liao! :] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Metal Workshop- SOP Pre- preparation 1. Allocation of man-power * 1person to stock-take the necessary items Example: wielding gloves, goggles (welding), rust converter, mask shield and etc. * 1person to be in-charge of attendance - A list of the pupils who will be in the workshop (place it outside D&T room) - Write down the pupils name on the whiteboard (for attendance use) - A list of attendance 2. Prepare Materials * Welding machine be located outside D&T workshop * ‘3’ sculpture tables to be located outside D&T workshop - The tools, clays and ect. That is under the sculpture tables be pack in boxes - Place the boxes at the Art Room 2 * Necessary material and metal pieces be place in order in D&T room - Check/ count all the number of materials (for stock-take) 3. Set- up for location * Use cupboard to cover up the tables they will be using (all the tables at the front, near the whiteboard) - All tables should be cover up with cupboard, securely with masking-tape. -------------------- Process 1. Debrief by instructor/ in-charge * Tellthe students about the precautious * What we expect and etc. 2. Mark attendance * Write the time the participants arrive & time they leave * Note everything down on the white-board too 3. Discipline on Students * Make sure they are doing their sculpture * Do not allow them to leave the workshop without valid reasons 4. Packing-up * All materials should be pack up in it’s original location * Count the stock; make sure all Material are return. * Metal-pieces all pack / tidy up - No sculpture should be found/seen on tope of the table - No other stuff, example: water bottles should be found on tables - Sculptures should be place in front of whiteboard, designers write up stack bottom of the pupils’ sculpture * D&T Workshop and the area outside D&T - Floor to be swept * All chairs are to be stack up --------------------- Final 1. Final Product * Write-up (hand written) & design handed up * Write-up be type-out at design studio * Group photo & photo of sculpture 2. Materials * Stock check * Return all materials * Sweep the floor- in D&T & outside D&T den email it to ZhaoWei, they let him compound all the other WorkshopMedian: Clay, Cement&Metal to Mdm Lok. OH MY GOSH..! :0 icant beleive dis worh!!!~ when i was playinq computer late at niqht, abt 2.45am.. i saw a big cocroach! xD AAHHHHHhhhhh....!!! bcos i was already soooohh late, idun dare care my parents up. :) so i called 'auntie' yah. haix.. but in the end, the cocroach ESCAPE!! :X at niqht, i jus couldn get to sleep. i was thinking abt 3thinqs. Sculpture Wrkshop That Kitten :( COCROACH!! LOL.. ;D -hmms, really concern abt that cat. jus cant sleep.. ZZZzzz! X.X -that cocroach, really digusted miie! at that moment, i really thought dat, cocroaches are sooo damn yulky. they shouldn exist! why god created dis pest? they are jus pest, they worth nth. they dun contribute the earth. nevertheless, they jus kinda, dirty our planet. but, while i was thinqing abt the positive sides of these livinq-things, i make a second thought abt humans. i compare the factors of HUMAN VS COCROACHES. YESSHHHhh. Humans may had contribute/develope/created many things. however, at the same time we hab been destroying and corupting our homeland!
